Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Hardware/Software Maintenance

Tyndall AFB requires hardware and software maintenance and support services for existing Spectralogic Spectra Stack T-200 Tape Library systems currently in operation.

Services shall include, at a minimum:

• 24/7/365 technical support (phone and web portal access)
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshooting, repair, and system restoration
• Firmware and software updates/upgrades
• Next Business Day (NBD) parts replacement and on-site support
• Access to proprietary diagnostic tools, technical data, and system updates necessary to maintain full operational capability
