Specialized Operational & CBRNE Equipment

This is a Solicitation Notice for Specialized Operational Equipment (SOE) to include Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosives (CBRNE) Equipment. The various types of SOE & CBRNE equipment are but not limited to thermal imagery equipment, night vision imagery equipment, nonintrusive inspection systems, TSA approved baggage scanners, autonomous reconnaissance such as small unmanned aerial systems and surveillance, and auxiliary items like SOE parts & components, CBRNE detection equipment, CBRNE auxiliary items, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), etc.

Proposals is due on/before 01 June 2026 at/before 11:00AM EST. Questions regarding the solicitation is due on 27 April 2026 at/before 2:00PM EST. The Government do not intent to extend the proposals due date.
