Special-Parking Garage Roof Repairs

Network Contracting Office (NCO) 9, by way of he Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS) has a requirement for the repair of multiple roofing systems.  This is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses in accordance with 38 U.S.C 8127(d).  To be eligible to submit an offer and considered for an award , the Offeror must have a valid registration in the System for Award Management (sam.gov), as well as be verified in the SBA VETCERT system.  These systems will be checked at the time of offer submission as well as prior to award.  NAICS code 238160 is applicable to this requirement with a size standard of $19M.  The product service code is Z1AA.  This is a Service contract, so the Service Contract Act (SCA) applies to this requirement.  Wage determination is provided with this solicitation.
