Expressions of interest should include building name and address, 1/8 inch scale drawing of space offered, proposed parking area, available ABOA square feet offered and rental rate per ABOA square foot, Common Area Factor, Owner's name and address, and written statement from owner that the respresentative has legal authority to provide information on the property.
