Amendment 0003

The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to:

a. Revise Attachment 1 - PWS based on the feedback received in the Amendment 0003 Questions and Answers Log received from industry. The sections of the PWS that have been updated are: PWS 2.1.61 and PWS 5.2.4.2. The modifications have been highlighted in bold for clarity.

b. Add document "Attachment 9 - Amendment 0003 Questions and Answers Log" to reflect the follow-on questions and answers received from industry.
