Solid State Switch Assembly (SSSA) Kits

This contract action was not awarded competitively in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Raytheon is the only qualified source that possesses the in-depth technical expertise, knowledge, resources, and understanding of the MK 99 system necessary to build and produce the solid state assembly kits and spares.
