Attached is the Signed Solicitation Amendment 0001 and Attachment for W81K00-25-Q-A019 for the Cost-Per-Test Agreement or a Lease/Reagent Rental Arrangement to include Reagents, Instrument/Equipment, Consumables, Controls, and any Necessary Services (e.g., maintenance of furnished equipment) for the Pathogen Panels Requirement.
