The Louisville VAMC has a requirement for a 5-year IDIQ provide Pest Control Services to the Louisville VAMC and other affiliated buildings and clinics such as CBOCS. See the attached Statement of Work for service instructions, locations, and evaluation factors. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 13.
