The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a new five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the manufacture and delivery of four (4) variants of the S-280C/G Vehicle Mounted Shelter.
