Apply herbicide at the following locations in two separate sprays:A. Alvin R. Bush Dam, located in Clinton County near Renovo, PA.B. Foster J. Sayers Dam and Howard Levee, located in Centre County near Blanchard and Howard, PA.C. Curwensville Lake, located in Clearfield County near Curwensville, PAContractor?s work and responsibility shall include all planning, selection of herbicides, programming, administration and management necessary to assure that a target kill rate of at least 100% is achieved in accordance with the contract and all applicable laws, regulations, codes and directives.
