This procurement is a Sole Source to Rosemount Inc for annual maintenance, calibration, linearization, and recertification of up to (10) Emerson model MLT analyzers and up to (14) Xstream model analyzers per the attached justification. The Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU) currently has a requirement for annual maintenance, calibration, linearization, and recertification of up to (10) Emerson model MLT analyzers and up to (14) Xstream model analyzers at NEDU. As the manufacturer of the instrument, ROSEMOUNT, Inc. (subsidiary: EMERSON LLLP) is the only company offering service and recertification of the equipment.
