This requirement is sole source as a result of The Kellogg Conference Hotel on Capitol Hill at Gallaudet University is the only source able to satisfy the agencies requirements. The Kellogg Conference Hotel is able to accommodate all variations of requirements that includes being situated in close proximity to the Pentagon, guests lodging, group dining facilities, indoor and outdoor physical fitness facilities, various meeting spaces for variety of programs, adequate security, and AED trained personnel.
