Sole Source Award Notice for Task Order to Bryce Space and Technology LLC

The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) awarded a sole-source order to BRYCE SPACE AND TECHNOLOGY, LLC on April 1, 2026, in the amount of $944,576.34 for professional administrative staffing support services for the Center of Administration (CA)/ Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR).

This order was issued against the contractor’s OASIS+ Contract (No. 47QRCA25DS150) pursuant to the authority of RFO 16.507-6(b)(1), based on the agency’s determination that the need for these services is of such urgency that providing a fair opportunity would result in unacceptable delays.
