The U.S. Embassy Ankara invites quotations from qualified firms for the furnishing, individual measurement, fitting, alteration, packaging, and delivery of suit uniforms and shirts for the Local Guard Force. The requirement is described in Section 1 of this solicitation. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to the responsible quoter submitting the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without discussions, although the Contracting Officer may conduct discussions if determined necessary.
