Sodium Tungstate Combined Synopsis/Solicitation

This is a sole source acquisition for the establishment of an indefinite delivery, indefinite quanty (IDIQ) for orders of Sodium Tungstate over a five year ordering period. A J&A is attached explaining and justifying the sole source nature of the requirement.

All vendor questions about the RFP shall be submitted via e- mail to Adam Steele at Adam.Steele@dla.mil, and Mitchell Hatfield at Mitchell.Hatfield@dla.mil. All questions shall be received by 03 MAR 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, after which the period for responding to questions shall have closed.

Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. (EST) time on 11 MAR 2026. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Adam Steele at Adam.Steele@dla.mil, and Mitchell Hatfield at Mitchell.Hatfield@dla.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted.
