Smith River Janitorial

**Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.**

This RFQ is for Janitorial Services at Smith River Forest Offices on the Six Rivers National Forest. Total area to be serviced is approximately 6,560 square feet. Service is required twice weekly. Award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with one Base Year and four Option Years. 

A site visit is scheduled for February 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM, PST. Details are on page 10 of Attachment 1.
