This procurement is a Small Business Set Aside per the requirment in the attachement. Please break out quote pricing for the Base plus the 4 option years IAW with the attached Statement of Work. Email quotes (on your companies letterhead with full OEM specifications) to jamell.l.kilgore.civ@us.navy.mil on or before the closing date and time of Monday 11 May 2026 11am Central Time.
