This Request for Quote (RFQ) for migration of circuits from legacy Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) to Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing Optical Transport Network (DWDM/OTN) for Vandenberg Space Force Base is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
