SLC ARSR HVAC Replacement

Amendment 0001 – August 3, 2026

The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revision to the Statement of Work, add AMS Clause 3.2.2.3-41 PERFORMING WORK (APR 2024), and to extend the Request for Information (RFI) and bid due dates.

The Statement of Work is amended as follows:

1. Page 2, Add - Item A Installations, New Air Conditioners, number 1:   Add after “Provide and install” the following: “ 2 each new 15 Ton Carrier Omnizone  50 XCR HVAC units or.”  Any unit submitted for approval must be American Made.
