Siemens Software Licenses

On 02 April 2026, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA awarded a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (FFP-IDIQ) contract for a total of $2,473,416, using other than full and open competition, FAR 6.103-1(d). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements (10U.S.C 3204(a)(1), Siemens Government Technologies Inc., 2231 Crystal Dr Ste 700, Arlington, VA 22202-3724. The ordering period is five years from the date of award.

The purpose of this amendment is to answer Vendor questions.

The solicitation is for Siemens Software Licenses.

Offers and responses to the solicitation shall be submitted using the instructions in Section L of the solicitation.  If the solicitations Section L instruction to offerors state the PIEE Solicitation module will be used for electronic proposal submission, Contractors are required to register in PIEE to obtain access to the solicitation module.  To register in PIEE, go to https://piee.eb.mil/, and click Register. Contractors are expected to submit quotes via PIEE to be considered for this requirement.
