The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY&IMF) intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the procedures at FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), as it has been deemed that only one source is available to meet this specific requirement due to restrictive rights as the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) only authorizes its service technicians to perform maintenance on its equipment. This purchase order is intended to be awarded to Siemens Government Technologies, Inc. for preventative maintenance services.
