Sidewalk Repair at National Agriculture Library

The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the repair of sidewalks at the National Agricultural Library (NAL), located in Beltsville, Maryland.

BACKGROUND:  Time, weather and use have deteriorated some of the sidewalks at NAl, located at 10301Baltimore Avenue, Beltsville, Maryland 20705-2351

REQUIREMENT:  The National Agriculture Library (NAL) requires sidewalk repairs as follows:

1. Remove existing walkway pavers and install a concrete sidewalk in the center field area.

2. Perform minor site grading and install a pipe under the center of the sidewalk to allow water runoff.

3. Remove existing pavers at the main entrance at two locations and install concrete sidewalks.

4. Replace two damaged concrete slabs at the main entrance.
