The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District requires a Contractor to supply one side-by-side utility terrain vehicle (SxS UTV) capable of fitting 6 people, with a hard cab, heating/AC, a power dump bed, and a 4,500 lb front mount winch.
