The scope includes the transportation of shield blocks from Energy Solutions, Oak Ridge, Tennessee, to Fermilab, Batavia, Illinois, in accordance with the requirements of Fermilab, Energy Solutions, and all federal, state, and local regulations. Shield blocks shall be loaded, blocked, and braced in accordance with the Energy Solutions Loading, Blocking and Bracing Plan For Shield Block plan, Revision 0. Fermilab will offload the shielding blocks at Fermilab. Each load shall include two shield blocks.
