This is a Notice of Intent, not a request for proposal.  The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Biosafe Engineering LLC, 5750 W 80th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278-1340, United States, to procure services to Engineer, Install, Test, Commission, Demonstrate and Train Operation and Maintenance Personnel for the upgrade to the BioSAFE Engineering Tissue Digester to ensure all animal carcasses are properly disposed.  The current control systems for our BioSAFE Engineering Tissue Digester (General Electric) are no longer supported ....
