This is a Full and Open Competition, with a 100% Small Business Set-Aside solicitation. This Contract will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items; and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
