The Albany Field Office, New York District, Army Corps of Engineers has the requirement for sandblasting, inspection, repair, and re-painting of sectional barge currently located at the Lock and Dam in Troy, NY. All work shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications, industry standards, Army Corps of Engineers requirements and in conjunction with all other individual work items outlined in this specification.
