Q 1. Will the above solicitation have any HUBZone eligibility?
A 1.  Under FAR 19.1305, a contracting officer may set aside an acquisition (above the micro-purchase threshold) for HUBZone small businesses if they reasonably expect at least two HUBZone offerers, and a fair market price can be achieved. 
There is no HUBZone set-aside for this solicitation.
