THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for the Lansing 219 Sewer Separation project. This project includes abandonment of deteriorated Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO), cured-in-place-pipe lining of CSO to serve as a storm sewer, installation of new sewer and water lines, installation of lateral lines to existing buildings to facilitate separation of roof drains from sewer lines within buildings, traffic control plan, and demolition of pavement and replacement with concrete. ....
