THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE. THIS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors with the capability to provide construction services for the Sebewaing River South Levee Repairs project. This project includes the following: Mobilize equipment and machinery to Sebewaing, Michigan. The work will take place along the Sebewaing River and south levee, between Center Street and Railroad bridge.
