The U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island intends to procure Seat Stabilization Rocket Motors, Department of Defense Identification Code (DODIC) MT32 and MD98 via a limited competition utilizing tradeoffs between Nammo Defense Systems and Rockwell Collins, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
