The successful contractor shall provide environmental services to conduct Sea Turtle Surveys on the Tinian Military Lease Area. Provide a lump sum price for environmental services to conduct sea turtle nest monitoring and inventory at beaches with suitable habitat at the Tinian Military Lease Area.  All work shall be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement.
