Poplicus Incorporated (dba Air, formerly Govini), 1735 N Lynn Street, Suite 300, Arlington, Virginia 22209, C92MYZJBLR97, is awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price call order off of the Supply Chain Risk Illumination Professional Tools and Services (SCRIPTS) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a supply chain tool that assists analysts understand where information and communication technology products originate from and dig into potential threats, vulnerabilities, and weaknesses in both products and companies.  The value of this call order  is $18,891,687.50, including all option years.  The period of performance is from September 25th, 2026, through September 24th, 2031. This acquisition was competitively awarded using the SCRIPTS BPA. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is the contracting activity.
