This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract which will include NSN 5305-01-088-7426, SCREW, CAP SOCKET HEAD to support the Hercules C-130 Aircraft. he proposed action is intended to be awarded unrestricted using other than full and open competition.  The proposed contract will be for a total two (2) year period of performance.    This is proposed to be a FAR 13.5 effort.  The proposed contract will be a fixed price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Contract.  The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at  Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only.   The final contract award decision ....
