1. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 (Exception 3) with a size standard of $47 million.

2. This procurement is being competed as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside.

3. The Service Contract Labor Standards Act is applicable to this requirement.

4. Quoters must complete the quote as stated in the RFQ. If any changes are made, the offer is considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
