The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic's
intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Spire Global, Inc. to
procure a requirement for Spire Satellite AIS & Terrestrial ADS-B data to cover up to 25 Data Users. The
Government intends to negotiate solely with Spire Global, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b).
Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The
NAICS Code is 517810 and the Size Standard is $40 (millions of dollars).
