Sampling, Inspection, & Cleaning of Oily Water Separator System

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The U.S. Coast Guard requires services for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform a visual inspection of two Oil Water Separator (OWS) systems, clean and remove all material from troughs, catch basins, and OWS tanks, and perform sampling on OWS systems at Base Seattle. The contractor must meet the standards in this contract.
