Andersen Air Force Base, Guam has a design-build construction requirement to design and construct the Northwest Field Gate. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The contractor shall design and construct the Entry Control Facilities/Access Control Points (ECF/ACP) at Northwest Field, Andersen AFB to comply with current DoD Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (ATFP) policies and UFC 4-022-01 Security Engineering: Entry Control Facilities / Access Control Points. The project includes the demolition of the existing gatehouse and any conflicting site features.
