The purpose of this notice is to comply with the recently enacted EO which repeals Executive Order 14035, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility in the Federal Workforce. Accordingly, offerors having previously submitted proposals/quotations in response to the solicitation are notified that any contract resulting from the solicitation previously issued, and any amendments thereto, will delete the Attachment J-1, Performance Work Statement, requirement for submission of a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Plan and the associated Data Requirements Description in Attachment J-2, Data Procurement Document.
