PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT The purpose of this amendment is to provide the Government s responses to questions received from prospective offerors and to clarify certain aspects of the solicitation. This amendment does not change the closing date unless specifically stated herein. CHANGES TO THE SOLICITATION 1. Questions and Answers The Government s responses to vendor questions are provided below. These responses are hereby incorporated into the solicitation and shall be considered part of the solicitation requirements.
