TITLE: BPA for Annual Water Share Assessments

PURPOSE AND PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) intends to award a single-source, five-year blanket purchase agreement (BPA) under FAR 13.303 to Warm Springs Irrigation and Power Company, to deliver water to lands administered by the Utah Reclamation Mitigation and Conservation Commission (URMCC) in support of the Utah Lake Wetland Preserve.
