On 12 September 2025, Sanyo Kaiun Co., Ltd was awarded a ¥2,222,978,030.63 Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity, fixed-priced contract for Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services at Hiroshima and West Japan in response to Solicitation HTC71125RR009.  Work will be performed at the ports of Hiroshima/West Japan during the 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2030 performance period with an expected completion date of 30 September 2030.  This contract was a competitive acquisition.  The U.S. Transportation Command, Directorate of Acquisition, 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL is the contracting activity.  The contract number is HTC711-25-D-E125.
