NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.
In accordance with the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with the Rosebud Sioux Tribe as required by Tribal Resolution No. 2016-291. The BIA, Rosebud Agency in Mission, SD has a need for solid waste disposal services for 12 months. The total estimated dollar value is $39,335.76.
