PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Project: Sustain Airfield Marking and Rubber Removal The 910th Airlift Wing (AFRC) at Youngstown Air Reserve Station has a requirement for Sustain Airfield Marking and Rubber Removal. The work specified herein consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, appliances, transportation, and materials required to remove 95% of the rubber buildup from 100% of the designated area on the Youngstown ARS Assault (asphalt covered) Runway.
