The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Program Office, PMA-213, Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, Inc. (hereinafter “BAE Systems”) Greenlawn, New York. This contract will procure supplies and services associated with FY2027-FY2031 production of RT-2159/APX and related equipment for the United States Navy, Army, Coast Guard, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), or other service/agency.
