RS Means Online Pilot

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, intends to acquire 20 user subscriptions to RSMeans Online Complete Plus for a 12-month base period and one 12-month option period. The requirement includes hosted access, account provisioning and administration, software and data updates, technical support, training resources, and coordinated virtual training.



The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price commercial purchase order using the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13.
