The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Philadelphia Office intends to acquire system sustainment support services for the Digital Receivers (DDRx) for the Relocatable Over-the-Horizon Radar (ROTHR) System in Texas, Virginia, and Puerto Rico.
