This solicitation is issued as a total small business set-aside for contractor to provide basic roof inspections and preventative maintenance for various roofing systems at the Watervliet Arsenal for a base plus two option years. See attached Statement of Work.

Award will result in a Firm Fixed-Price Contract.

Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination No. 2015-4143 Latest Revision applies and is incorporated.

There will be one (1) site visit hosted for this requirement, on Wednesday 18 March 2026 at 11:00 am. See page 2 of the solicitation document for details.
