Secure the services of a Roman Catholic (RC) priest to provide faith-specific religious ministry to authorized RC personnel, leadership and oversight to the RC portion of the Command Religious Program, and advice to the Command Chaplain. The contractor shall be endorsed by the Archdiocese for the Military Services to perform services at the Chaplains’ office spaces, chapel, and other places as determined by the Command Chaplain at NAS Jacksonville.  This solicitation has been updated from small business set aside to unrestricted.
