*AMENDMENT 0001* This notice serves to formally modify the Salient Characteristics to accurately reflect the Government's minimum requirements. Specifically, this amendment updates the hitch requirement to a Pintle Hook, adds a requirement for automatic front and back safety lock valves, and clarifies that the trailer must be capable of accommodating a 21-cubic yard enclosed bin (must fit Pro-Tainer 21-yard enclosed bins). This change is made to correct previous technical specifications and ensure all vendors are quoting to the exact operational needs of the facility.
